When you vote on chinamericanidol.com, you make a $1-per-vote contribution that is processed by Stripe and recorded immediately.
Votes are final
Because each vote is counted as soon as your payment succeeds, votes are generally non-refundable. Please make sure you have selected the right contestant and the right number of votes before you pay.
When we will issue a refund
We will review and, where appropriate, refund a payment if:
- you were charged more than once for the same vote (a duplicate charge);
- you were charged but a technical error prevented your vote from being recorded;
- the charge was unauthorized; or
- a refund is required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email cyona@info.org within [number] days of the charge. Include the email address you used at checkout and the approximate date and amount, so we can locate the payment. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
